Well-being check at home in Bradford WG ends with first-degree murder charge against 25-year-old man

South Simcoe Police have charged a 25-year-old man with first-degree murder after officers responded to a call Thursday night for a well-being check at a residence in Bradford West Gwillimbury.

"Police entered the home and located a deceased individual," according to a police news release.

Through further investigation and a search of the residence, police say they located another individual. That person, who is from Bradford West Gwillimbury, was arrested for murder.

He has a bail hearing on Friday.
