Witnesses sought in fatal ATV collision in Innisfil

South Simcoe Police are appealing for witnesses after a 53-year-old man was killed Sunday afternoon in an ATV collision in Innisfil.

Officers were called to the area of Killarney Beach Road and Elizabeth Avenue around 2:30 p.m. where an ATV had struck a utility pole.

The male driver was pronounced dead at hospital.
