Cineplex is hosting Studio Ghibli Fest: a chance for you to either experience your favorite Studio Ghibli Film or see them for the first time on the big screen.

Having created some of the most beautiful movies ever made, Studio Ghibli is the Disney of the East producing classics like Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, The Wind Rises and many more.

Here are the films you can catch throughout the rest of the year:

Kiki's Delivery Service

A wonderful story about the importance of self-confidence that tells the story of Kiki, a young witch who travels to a seaside town and sets up a courier service, becoming a fixture of the town.

My Neighbor Totoro

A tale of two young sisters who move to the country with their parents after their mother becomes ill. Once there, the girls befriend playful spirits and a huge cuddly creature known as Totoro. Regarded as one of the best family movies of all time this is a perfect film to check out with the kids.

Spirited Away

A young girl and her parents stumble upon an abandoned amusement park that turns out to be a resort for supernatural beings. After her parents are transformed into pigs, Chihiro must work to free herself and her parents from the spell. Spirited Away is another Studio Ghibli film considered to be a masterpiece and is its highest-grossing movie of all time.

Princess Mononoke

A young man on a journey to cure a disease he received from an animal attack must try to broker a peace between the crumbling relationship between humans, a god and his human companion Princess Mononoke. While rated PG-13, this is one of the more adult features. If you're looking to see with the family, you might want to consider checking out one of the other films.
