A female youth has been arrested in connection with two armed robberies at the same gas station in Wasaga Beach.

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say both robberies occurred last month at a Petro Canada gas station.

In one of the hold-ups, the suspect was armed with a knife, and police say the person demanded cash, cigarettes and vapes.

Investigators say the youth turned herself into the OPP on July 5th in connection with the robberies.

She was charged with two counts of robbery with a weapon.
