Real estate agent Mike Hege from North Carolina got a hilarious surprise when he asked his Gen Z employee to edit one of his promotional videos.

Instead of getting back a video that showed a suave and smooth talking sales agent, Hege got back a video showing lots of awkward pauses, known as the Millennial pause.
The video is a montage of those moments just before you start talking and take a deep breath. There's even a hair adjustment thrown in for good measure.
Instead of Mike being upset, he loved the video, and it got a lot of buzz on social media.
When the video went viral, Hege told "TODAY" that his company "wanted their social media presence to reflect "authenticity" and "humanity," and that the Gen Z employee completely succeeded in her task."
However, Zoomers having fun with their slightly older bosses has been a trend.
