Kiss your couch goodbye this weekend.

35th Annual Sugar Plum Fair Craft Show

This annual show at the Nottawasaga Inn will feature over 120 vendors from across Ontario selling things like chocolate, jam, fudge, sauces, quilts, candles, ceramics, stained glass, wreaths, folk art, woodwork, sewing, knitting, body care products and more! The event will run Saturday 9 am-5 pm and Sunday 10 am-4 pm.

Don't forget your cameras...you may see the big man in red if you're lucky.

Barrie Colts Game vs. Ottawa 67's

A Colts game is always a fun way to spend a Saturday night. This weekend the Colts get the chance to take the "W" over the Ottawa 67's on home ice, after a tough 4-3 loss last time they played in Ottawa.

Murder Mystery at the 1980's Prom

An 80's themed prom murder mystery party? Sign us up! Your ticket will get you entry to the "prom", food, the chance to solve a mystery, and prizes for best outfit. Blue Mountains Whisky Show

After a beautiful day exploring Blue Mountain, why not head to the village to warm up over whisky. Ugly Sweater Trail Run

Hardwood Ski and Bike is giving you an excuse to pull your ugly Christmas sweater out early this year. Runners are encouraged to participate in their favourite holiday sweater and can choose from 3 different distances including 1.5 km, 5 km and 10 km.  Non-perishables and cash donations will be accepted for The Sharing Place Food Bank.
