The Barrie Canoe and Kayak Club is excited to announce they are hosting the World Tour Paddling Film Festival again this year. The Paddling Film Festival has been showcasing the very best paddling films since 2006. Be inspired to explore rivers, lakes and oceans, appreciate wild places and fully embrace the paddling lifestyle with over 2 hours of the very best paddling films. The films cover rafting, flat and white-water kayaking, canoeing, and stand-up paddle boarding.
Due to an overwhelming demand for tickets last year, this year the Film Festival will be moving to Georgian Theatre to allow more people to enjoy this event.

About The Club
The Barrie Canoe and Kayak Club was established in 1977 and includes 350 paddlers who enjoy canoeing, kayaking, and stand-up paddling. The club’s mandate is to unite paddlers for the protection of their interests, the improvement of their paddling skills, and the promotion of all aspects of paddle related activities. BCKC is located at the Barrie Southshore Community Centre, 205 Lakeshore Dr., Barrie.
