Locally sourced ingredients, made from scratch, have resulted in an incredible menu that delivers on the promise of incredible food in a casual atmosphere. The head Chef, Amanda Rider, brings a special flare to the food at this local Diner and the menu, which has extensive gluten-free and vegetarian options, as well as all the standard classics.
The Diner’s vintage atmosphere also adds another layer to the experience, with pictures of Dunlop Street from 100 years ago (with thanks to the Barrie Historical Society) hung around the dining room only help to emphasize the history of the street and in particular the building at 20 Dunlop Street East.
As their reputation spreads, so are their hours. They are now open for dinner on Friday and Saturdays!
