Provincial police have reopened Highway 400 northbound north of Barrie.
OPP closed the road earlier on Monday between Highway 11 and Forbes Road for a collision investigation.
The crash happened at Partridge Road.
Police say one person was taken to a trauma centre with non-life-threatening injuries.
