
Barrie police have charged two teenage boys after officers responded to a report of a disturbance involving several individuals at a park in the west end of the city.
This was around 1:20 a.m. on May 16th at Pringle Park, located on Pringle Drive south of Edgehill Drive.
Police say three people were injured, an 18-year-old and two 19-year-olds, all from Barrie. Two of them were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries, and the third did not seek medical attention.

A 14-year-old Barrie boy has been charged with two counts of assault, two counts of administering a noxious substance with intent to endanger life or cause bodily harm, and one count each of uttering threats and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
A 13-year-old boy, also from Barrie, is charged with two counts each of assault and assault with a weapon, and one count of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
Police said five other youths were arrested and later released unconditionally.
"The identities of those charged are protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act," police added.
