
A single-vehicle crash has claimed the life of an Essa Township man.
Just after 3:30 Tuesday afternoon, police say emergency crews were called to Broadway between Diane Drive and Blind Line in Orangeville after a passenger vehicle left the road.
Police say the 44-year-old driver was taken to a local hospital, then airlifted to a trauma centre, where they were pronounced dead the following day.
Police continue their investigation, and anyone with information or dashcam footage is asked to contact Dufferin OPP or Crime Stoppers.
