A home invasion in Orillia.
Ontario Provincial Police say officers were called to a residence on Barrie Road near Mississaga Street West shortly after 10:20 Sunday night.
According to police, the preliminary investigation indicates four suspects entered the home, and one of the suspects was believed to be armed with a weapon and assaulted an occupant before the individuals fled.
One person was taken to a local hospital with minor injuires.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has video footage from the area at the time is asked to contact Orillia OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
