A driver is facing charges after Ontario Provincial Police say they received reports of a woman driving on Highway 11 with the hood of the vehicle up and blocking the windshield.

Shortly after 12:30 on Monday afternoon, officers spotted the vehicle travelling well below the posted speed limit southbound near Allensville Road in Huntsville.

Given the danger, police made gentle contact with the vehicle and slowly directed it onto the southbound shoulder.
