Bracebridge OPP is investigating after a 45-year-old man died following an altercation involving inmates at Beaver Creek Institution in Gravenhurst.
Provincial police say officers were notified shortly after 8:30 p.m. Saturday about an altercation that had occurred earlier in the day at the correctional facility.

One person was taken to hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Police have identified him as Devon Paskimin, 45, of Gravenhurst.
A post-mortem examination will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
