Will Smith is ignoring his messages after news came out last week that he and his wife Jada have been separated for several years.
He posted a video to Instagram showing him relaxing on a boat, with his phone constantly pinging, but he's not answering any messages.
His caption says, "Notifications off:)"
Last week, his wife revealed that the two had been separated since 2016, despite keeping up appearances in public, and the two have no intention of getting divorced.
He did eventually respond to the New York Times, saying her memoir
woke him up and made him realize she had lived a life more on the edge and that she is more resilient, clever and compassionate than he'd understood.
He added, "When you're with someone for more than half your life and emotional blindness sets, you can easily lose your sensitivity to their hidden nuances."
