A 19-year-old Scarborough man will need a good pair of walking shoes or a friend with a vehicle after Ontario Provincial Police charged him with stunt driving.

On Sunday, police say an officer on patrol on Highway 11 in Oro-Medonte Township pulled over a vehicle after it was clocked travelling 161 km/h in a 90 km/h zone.

The motorist was charged with stunt driving and speeding.

His vehicle was impounded for 14 days and his driver's licence was suspended for 30 days.
