The Barrie Public Library will be hosting a free and interactive Zoom class, led by the Credit Counselling Society, called 75 Ways to Save on Household Expenses and it's completely free to join!
The Credit Counselling Society is committed to teaching Canadians the basics of money management in a fun, engaging, and non-judgmental way. The Credit Counselling Society is an accredited non-profit charity that helps Canadians solve their money problems. Its goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools for building the financial success that everyone deserves.
The class will take place entirely online so you don't even need to leave the house to start saving money! Participants will gather tips on how to save on various household expenses including utilities, transportation, groceries & personal items, and more. Participants may also share their best practices with the group.
The class will take place on August 25 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and joining is as easy as following a Zoom link that will be emailed to you. However, spaces are limited, so be sure to register soon!
