Mariah Carey's "All I want for Christmas is you" has been the soundtrack to our holidays since 1994. It's classic, iconic, and familiar.
However, one fellow music artist is suing her over the title.
From the group Vince Vance & the Valiants, Andy Stone says he wrote a song with the same title five years before Mariah Carey's version came out.
The songs have different melodies and lyrics but share a theme and title "All I Want for Christmas is you."
Stone is seeking $20 million in damages.
It's not known why it took this long to launch a lawsuit.
Have a listen to both of them.
