Cinderella is getting a bloody makeover.
Reports say the classic Disney Fairy Tale is being reimagined as a horror film called "Cinderella's Curse."
In an interview with Bloody Disgusting, director Louisa Warren explained, "This an incredibly unique spin on the Cinderella we all love and know. There are going to be some truly horrific deaths by her hands.
"I think the gore hounds are in for a treat in my dark retelling," she added.
Filming begins in the UK next month and will be ready by this Halloween.
It's not the first childhood classic to get the horror movie treatment.
Last year our beloved Winnie the pooh was turned into a rabid vicious killer along with his buddy piglet.
