God and the Devil fight it out as house cats in trailer for "Exploding Kittens"

The trailer for an animated series, Exploding Kittens, has been released by Netflix.

It's based on the popular tabletop card game and follows the eternal conflict between heaven and hell as it reaches epic proportions when both God and the devil are sent to Earth in the bodies of chunky house cats.

The series stars Tom Ellis, as God, Abraham Lim, Lucy Liu, Ally Maki, Mark Proksch and Sasheer Zamata.

The series comes from Mike Judge and Greg Daniels'. No release date has been set.

The series comes on the heels of a mobile version of the card game released earlier this year.
