It's a scene from a Seinfeld episode; what do you do with a card someone sent you?
This woman is tossing it in the trash without a second thought.
TikToker Chanci Studdard posted a video to the app explaining that she doesn't want holiday cards this season because she doesn't want the clutter and tosses them out immediately.
She explained that her friend Melissa sent her a card recently and said, "I'm going to look at it and, Melissa, I'm sorry, you didn't know, I'm just now telling you … I'm about to throw it in the garbage."
She added, "Send me a digital picture, and say, 'Merry Christmas,'"
Then she backtracked and said, "No, don't do that either. Don't worry about it. I'll see y'all, you know? I'll see y'all. Don't send me no card."
Commentators blasted her, saying she's a Grinch and Bah Humbug.
Comments that were pro card included "I like the visual proof on the wall that I have friends and family' and "I love getting Christmas Cards!!! Send them to me!! "
However, others agreed with her. The thought of a card is sweet if there's a personal message in it. Otherwise, the generic "Happy Holidays" generic message is overrated.
Some said, "I thought I was the only one that felt this way," and I LAUGHED SO HARD!!! I feel this in my soul!!!! Also TEACHERS, don't send my kids artwork home"
Some want to throw them out but can't bring themselves to do it, with comments like "My anxiety says the people in the picture will die if I throw it away!!!" and "What's your secret? Because I feel like I will hurt the pictures' feelings if I toss them, so have a Rubbermaid full of cards from the last 15 years."
What team are you on? Yes or no for the holiday card?
