I'm not mad at this woman; I'm impressed.

A Woman took a bold step and returned a couch to Costco that she had purchased two and a half years prior.

She was a bit nervous about how it would go, so she documented the whole thing on TikTok, explaining it was intimidating, but the couch didn't suit her needs anymore.

She said Costco has a great return policy that doesn't mention many restrictions except for electronics, jewelry, alcohol, tires, and batteries.

She didn't have a receipt but knew the purchase date and had a credit card statement to prove it.

She and her family loaded the couch on the truck, and a few minutes later, she had her $900 back.

She explained she called ahead to ensure returning the item was allowed so she wasn't wasting anyone's time.

She recommends when trying to return something to, be polite and understanding. Check the store's return policy ahead and know when and how you bought the product.

Many think she's awesome for returning a product she's not in love with, while others think it was extreme.
