Orillia OPP is investigating the death of a 40-year-old man whose body and canoe were found washed up shortly after 7 a.m. Wednesday on the shore of Lake Couchiching in Severn Township.
When emergency responders got to the scene, they found the male in a canoe that was partially submerged in the water.
The investigation continues.
