If all your laundry is folded, your dishes are cleaned, and all your chores are happily checked off the "to-do" list, you might be a "precrastinator."
It's a new term that means you go out of your way to get things done.

It's the opposite of the more widely known"procrastinator," which means putting things off to the last minute.
"Procrastinating" means you will do things as soon as possible to get them out of the way, which sounds like a good thing but can be taken to an extreme.
If you rush through tasks quickly or answer that email to get it over with, it leaves room for many mistakes that can harm you in the long term.
Some people fill their days with tasks that aren't priorities, which can cause stress and even lack of sleep, which is never good in large doses.
Of course, putting things off until the last minute isn't ideal either.
Try focusing somewhere between a precrastinator and a procrastinator to get a good balance.
I know the precrastinators will start working on this task immediately, while the procrastinators will get to it eventually.
