Chalk up another impaired driving charge against a 43-year-old Wasaga Beach man, his third impaired offence overall and second in the past four years, according to Ontario Provincial Police.
Around 1 p.m. on Wednesday, police received numerous calls about a man drinking in his vehicle on Oriole Crescent, just off of Mosley Street in Wasaga Beach. After an investigation, the driver was charged.
Inside the vehicle, police said officers found open alcohol.
The man's driver's licence was suspended, and his vehicle was impounded.
The accused has a court date later this month.
