Another stolen vehicle investigation.

On Tuesday afternoon, Barrie Police say they responded to a report of a theft of a 2023 Toyota Sequoia SUV from an Emms Drive home.

"From the investigation that followed, police have learned that the SUV was stolen sometime between 10:00 p.m. on Monday night and 9:00 a.m. Tuesday morning when it was discovered missing," police said in a news release on Wednesday.

Broken glass was located on the driveaway where the SUV had been parked, police added.

They said the vehicle had a steering wheel lock on it.

The SUV is blue in colour with Ontario licence plates CWMA 915.

If the vehicle is seen being driven or found abandoned, police ask the public to contact them immediately.
