Federal offender known to frequent Orillia wanted: OPP

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of their Statutory Release. 

Kevin OKRAH is described as a black male, 26 years old, 6'1", (185 cm), 186 lbs (84 kg), with black hair and brown eyes.  

OKRAH is serving a 5 year and eleven (11) month and twenty (20) day sentence for:

  • Robbery - use restricted/prohibited firearm [2]
  • Aggravated Assault
  • Disguise with Intent
  • Possession of a prohibited/restricted firearm/ammunition
  • Possession of a weapon contrary to a prohibition order
  • Fail to comply with order - at large [x2]
  • Attempt all other indictable
  • Robbery - all others

The offender is known to frequent Ottawa, Toronto, Durham Region, Orillia in Ontario as well as the Laval area in Quebec.
