Recently, a woman was looking for a reason why she was finding light green stains around her home.

The stains were on her couch, bedspread, wall, and even her white cat!
She went to the cleaning tips subreddit for suggestions on what could be causing the issue.

One person said that Old Navy Jeans could be the culprit, saying
"lol they stain everything."
The woman then said she and her husband don't wear jeans.
Another commenter jokingly replied, "Imagine this is how you discover he's having an affair with some Old Navy-wearing woman from The Cat turning green!
This got her doing some detective work, and she discovered her husband was indeed having an affair, probably with the wearer of the jeans, although there was no confirmation it was Old Navy Jeans.
Either way, the jig was up.

Once she posted an update, people were shocked at the dramatic conclusion on what is normally a very tame cleaning subreddit.
Once things certain, she and her now green-free cat deserve better.
