Tiny Township Storm Update

The Township of Tiny remains in a Significant Weather Event declaration as
per Regulation 239/02 of the Municipal Act.

The Township of Tiny Municipal Emergency Control Group continues to monitor the ongoing
evolving post-ice storm situation.

The township continues to be in contact with our partner agencies to receive updates about
power restoration.

As this significant event continues, be a good neighbour and check on those around you.

As a result of the significant freezing rain and rainfall, staff are working to deal with widespread
flooding across the township.

Road and Trail Conditions

  • Concession 4 West between 201 Concession 4 West and Crossland Road
    Wildman Side Road
  • Roads may be impacted by downed trees and power lines. If you cannot avoid travel,
    please drive with care.
  • Township staff continue to clear roads, respond to downed trees, and address road
    conditions.
  • Tiny Rail Trail has multiple trees down blocking the trail in several locations. Residents
are asked to avoid using the trails until the township can perform cleanup along the trail.
