Two teenagers arrested in Barrie have been charged in connection with a double homicide in Toronto.
The 18-year-old and 17-year-old males were arrested on Monday on Canada-wide warrants after the Barrie police tactical team surrounded a home on Greer Street, in the area of Lockhart Road and Mapleview Drive in the city's south end.
Both teens have been charged with two counts each of first-degree murder.
Another 17-year-old was arrested and charged by Toronto police earlier this month.
The charges are the result of a double shooting that occurred April 15th in Toronto that killed two males, ages 18 and 20.
