Some of the aircraft taking part in the Barrie Airshow Saturday, June 7 and Sunday, June 8 took to the sky for some prep and practice on Friday.
The sun poked through the light smoke and haze to give folks a tease of what to expect.
In 2024, the airshow was a huge draw, with 140,000 people in downtown Barrie for the weekend, contributing over $11.3 million to the local economy.
