OPP say the suspect driver has turned himself in, after a fail-to-remain collision in Angus.
The incident involved a pedestrian and happened in the area of King and Auburn Streets around 9:13 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 17.
The driver faces charges including dangerous operation, fail-to-remain, and assault.

Nottawasaga OPP is seeking witnesses to help identify a vehicle in relation to a fail-to-remain collision involving a pedestrian in Angus
Police say around 9:13 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2023, they received a report about a collision involving a pedestrian in the area of King and Auburn Streets.
They say the individual was walking eastbound on King Street, when the suspect vehicle was travelling at a high rate of speed on the same street, then turned northbound on Auburn Street at the same time the pedestrian was within the intersection, striking the person. Police say the vehicle was last seen idling on Auburn Street, and then reversing and travelling eastbound on King Street.
Investigators believe the suspect vehicle is either a navy or black, older model sedan, unknown make or model.
It's believed the vehicle may have damage to the front fender, door, and a broken headlight. The driver is described as male white, between 30 and 40 years old, with a short beard and unkept hair.
Police did not say whether the pedestrian was injured.
