Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a 46-year-old Coldwater man after reports of indecent acts being committed near a local park.

On Sept. 16, police say they were contacted by the public who reported a person standing on a balcony exposing himself. The balcony overlooks a children's park and a neighbour's house with kids.

OPP attempted to reach him several times, but he was found on Monday riding his bike on a local trail.

He was charged with committing an indecent act.
