Barrie police say a person walking their dog on a pathway at the rear of 75 Ellen Street may have seen a suspect linked to a break-in at a second-floor condominium.

In a post to X, police said the person was walking their dog on Nov. 13 between 6 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. and was using a flashlight.

Investigators believe that individual may have seen the suspect.
