A 46-year-old Alliston man apparently had somewhere to be---and he was in a hurry.
South Simcoe Police say they clocked a vehicle at 156 km/h in an 80 zone around 11:30 a.m. Thursday on County Road 27 at Line 12 in Bradford West Gwillimbury.
When officers stopped him, he told them he was late for work.
Well, late for work was the least of his troubles.
Police charged him with stunt driving, which resulted in his vehicle being impounded for 14 days and his driver's licence suspended for 30 days.
