Armed Robbery in Barrie
Masked Man Caught On Camera
Police are looking for a suspect after a hold up at a downtown Barrie convenience store.
It’s said a suspect went into the establishment around 3:00 Sunday afternoon, then walked right to the back of the counter and displayed a weapon. He allegedly demanded cash, and got away with that and a quantity of cigarettes before fleeing the scene on foot.
The employee was not hurt during the incident.
The suspect is described as:
- Male
- non-white
- Approximately 6′ tall
- Medium build
Last seen wearing:
- Grey Toronto Raptor’s toque with white logo and multiple blue lines on top
- A black scarf covering his face, black waist-length coat and black pants, and black shoes with white soles
- Blue gloves with a white patterned design
- Large, possibly diamond earring in his left ear
