Huronia West OPP have charged a 29-year-old New Lowell man after they responded to a Stayner address about reports of a person armed with a knife banging on doors and threatening residents inside their apartments on Perry Street.
Police were alerted around 6 :30 on Thursday morning.
Prior to officers arriving, police say the man fled in a car.
