OPP have laid an arson charge against a 31-year-old woman from New Tecumseth.
On Saturday around 4:00 a.m., first responders were called to a detached garage fire on Victoria Street in Alliston.
The occupants of the house were able to escape the flames.
As a result of the investigation, police say a suspect was arrested and charged.
She was held for a bail hearing in court in Bradford.
