Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) executed a search warrant at a Meadow Lane address in Barrie on Wednesday as part of a drug trafficking investigation.

One person was taken into custody.

Police say they began an investigation in February regarding an individual who was allegedly trafficking drugs throughout Simcoe County.

Police say they seized cocaine, a cutting agent, cash, cellphones, and Rolex and Cartier watches.

A 25-year-old Barrie man was charged with trafficking and property obtained by crime.

He was released with a future court date.
