Barrie police confirmed late Friday morning that the senior who had been reported missing on Thursday was located and is safe.

Barrie police continue to search an area in the east end of the city for a missing 71-year-old woman.
Deborah was last seen earlier Thursday near Shoreview Drive, which is in the area of Shanty Bay Road.
Officers continued their search overnight, and police hope Deborah may have found shelter from the cold and snow.
Police are asking the public to check their backyards, sheds, and any outbuildings on their property, or footprints that might not have been there on Thursday night.
Deborah is 5'3" with a small build, grey hair in a ponytail and she was wearing a white jacket.
