Tonight, October 19th at 7 pm, you can experience yoga with a new twist. The Canadian National Institute for the Blind and BLISS Ann Green Yoga have partnered together to bring you Yoga in the Dark, for the first time at this studio.

All participants of this class will be blindfolded for the purpose of understanding both seeing and seeing impaired beings. Ann Green explains that with the opportunity to experience the perspective of someone who is visually impaired, participants will explore the diversity of their ranges and nuances of their limitlessness.
Tickets are $30 each and support local CNIB foundation programs. CNIB is celebrating 100 years this year as a non-profit organization dedicated to change what it is to be blind today. An event like this is exactly the sort of program CNIB proudly delivers to advocate for those impacted by blindness and empower them to “live their dreams and tear down barriers to inclusion”.
“It’s a really fun class, very connected and very gentle, giving us the permission to allow every being to really shine in all that they do have. All of your other senses will be explored very well. Please come one out and enjoy this excellent Yoga in the Dark with CNIB”- Ann Green
