Suspects are being sought after provincial police say they received multiple reports of break-and-enters in Bracebridge.
One of the incidents happened on Monday around 10:20 a.m. at an Ontario Street residence.
"Homeowner observed two males gain entry to the residence by smashing the rear patio door," police stated in a release. "Two suspects fled on foot after helping themselves to various items in the home."
OPP say similar events on Ontario Street were reported to police on July 5th.
It's unknown at this time if the incidents are related, officers say.
The suspect(s) are described as:
Caucasian male approximately 5'8" wearing dark pans, black t-shirt, dark Under Armour hat, black backpack with short grey hair and a grey trimmed beard.
Caucasian male approximately 5'8" wearing a blue button-up shirt and blue jeans, and short grey hair.
Both men are described as 40-45 years of age.
