The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of their Statutory Release.
Evan HANEY is described as an Indigenous male, 29 years old, 5' 10" (178 CM), 190 lbs. (86 KGS) with a fair complexion, brown hair and hazel eyes. He's known to wear brown rimmed glasses. He has numerous tattoos:
- Left side of Neck- Toronto Maple Leaf's logo
- Throat- '519'
- Right side of Neck-a basketball
- Left Forearm- a diamond
- Right Wrist- "fuck you"
- Left Middle finger-a money bag
- Right Index finger-a heart and '?' and "F"
- Left finger -"X O E"
- Right fingers- "D X" and "S", "L" , "E" and #
- Left hand- "MOA $" on left hand
- Left Forearm- a smoking clown
- Right Elbow- "MOM", and '1996' '2008'
- Right Forearm- "K", "H", as well as a FLOWER and RIBBON

Evan HANEY is currently serving a 2-year and 3-month sentence for:
- Break and Enter
- Disguise with Intent
- Theft under $5000
- Assault with a weapon
- Disobey a court order
- Break and enter with intent
- Identity fraud with intent to gain advantage
- Break, enter commit - not a dwelling house
- Fraud under $5000
