There was a nasty crash shortly after 12:30 Sunday afternoon in Barrie.
Video from At The Scene Photography shows a small car turning left off of Bayfield Street north of Cundles Road into the Kozlov Centre mall when it is struck by a southbound vehicle. The impact tossed the smaller car onto its roof. Only minor injuries were reported.
Peter Leon, at Barrie Police, says while the turn was made in an unsafe manner, all drivers need to get 'the big picture' in their travels.
"All motorists should be driving with good eye lead, looking down the road to see that traffic is slowing, and perhaps slowing themselves, to make that determination as to what is taking place ahead of them."
