Theft, Uttering Threats Among those Charges Laid
An Innisfil man is facing a few charges including Robbery and Uttering Threats after a a cab ride in Innisfil.
South Simcoe Police say the fare robbed his taxi driver before 8:00 Tuesday evening at the intersection of Innisfil Beach Rd. and 20th Sideroad. The 25-year-old man was tracked down by investigators and charged.
Meanwhile, a charge of Assault with A Weapon and Uttering Threats was laid on a 33-year-old Bradford man Tuesday afternoon, following what South Simcoe Police call a dispute over illegally parked vehicles erupted. Nobody was hurt in the altercation.
