Talk Is Free Theatre is excited for the Canadian premiere of a unique live experience that is immersive, playful, and full of audience interaction.
When virtual designer Michelle gets tired of online dating, she doesn't give up. She turns it into a game. She creates simple criteria for prospective partners she calls "Manimals", men who pose with exotic animals in their profile pictures. Audience members will help Michelle navigate her interactions with these "Manimals" which include who she responds to, what she will wear, and how her evening will go. This production contains mature content and is not suitable for individuals under the age of 18.
While there are a few technical requirements to enjoy Manimals such as having access to a computer, a mobile phone, zoom, and a good internet connection, the experience is completely free! All you have to do is head over to TIFT's website and register for one of the productions (there is even a special captioned show for the hearing impaired).
