Dr. Frasier Crane has re-entered the building!
Many details regarding the much-anticipated Frasier reboot have been announced, including cast, release date and theme song.
The show picks up as Frasier returns to Boston, where we were first introduced to him on Cheers in 1984.
Being in Boston means he will be close to his son Frederick played by Jack Cutmore-Scott.

Frasier's brother Niles and his wife Daphne are not part of the reboot, but their son, David, played by Anders Keith, is.
David was born in the final episode of the original series, so anticipate some references to his parents.
Others joining the ensemble cast include Freddy's roommate Eve, played by Jess Salgueiro, Frasier's college buddy turned university professor Alan, played by Nicholas Lyndhurst, and his colleague Olivia, head of the university's psychology department, played by Toks Olagundoye.
