City Of Barrie Skating Party Saturday

Barrie's Most Adorable Skate Rink is Now Open

There's another ice rink to add to Barrie's collection and it's awesome! The Heritage Park pond is now open to the public for recreational skating!

As this is a natural pond, hours are strictly dependent on weather conditions. This Saturday, January 26th, Kool FM will be on location for the City of Barrie skating party so that you can rock out to Barrie's best mix while you skate.

Kool FM will be on site from noon until 2 pm. Bring the family out for a skate, great tunes and getting cozy by the wood burning fire.

Unfortunately hockey is not permitted at this rink. Anyone looking to play shinny should checkout the Centennial Park Community Ice Rink located at 95 Lakeshore Drive. Shinny is permitted during specific time slots 7 days a week including: 12 pm-2 pm, 4 pm-6 pm, and 8 pm-10 pm.
