Ontario Provincial Police say the person killed in a single-vehicle crash Friday night on Grey Road 19 in the Blue Mountains has been identifed as 20-year-old Aven Akerman of Midland.
The Collingwood Detachment is requesting that if anyone witnessed the incident, has video surveillance or dash cam footage that may assist investigators, to please call OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

Collingwood OPP is investigating a deadly single-vehicle collision that occurred just before 10:30 Friday night on Grey Road 19 south of the 6th Line in the Town of the Blue Mountains.
When first responders got to the scene, police say the vehicle with one occupant was located in ditch. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
