Cops Cuffed Drug Dealing Suspects As They Left Orillia Hotel

Police Say Drug Investigation Involved Cocaine, Heroin, and other Opioids

A half-dozen have been charged following a drug raid at an Orillia hotel.

The OPP’s Emergency Response Team, Tactics and Restuce Unit, and Community Street Crime Unit staked out in front of the Memorial Avenue hotel around noon Thursday, and made arrests as suspects tried to leave.

The six suspects’ ages range between 19 and 27, while all have been charged wtih Possession with the Purpose of Trafficking, while police say cocaine, heroin, and other opioids were involved in the investigation.
